The property operates as fully self-catering accommodations. Guests handle all food and beverage matters independently using the provided kitchen facilities, which include quadruple hobs with extractor fans, large fridge/freezers, electric kettles, toasters, and ironing equipment.

Located right off the main tourist strip above Pizza Express, the apartments command views of Paphos Harbour and Castle. The Municipal Baths swimming area is directly opposite. Paphos Harbour, Paphos Castle, the famous Mosaics, St. Paul's Pillar, and Kato Paphos Archaeological Park are all within a 5-minute walk. Tombs of the Kings is 2.3 km away. Smart shops, pubs, and restaurants are nearby. Paphos International Airport is 10-15 minutes by car.
